1. When the planting glue is completely cured, it is necessary to sample for pull-out test.

2. Sampling rules for on-site inspection of the bearing capacity of chemical rebars:

(a) Important components shall be randomly sampled according to 3% of the batch, and no less than 5 pieces shall be sampled.

(b) General components and non-structural components shall be randomly sampled at 1%, and no less than 3 pieces shall be sampled.

3. Sampling and inspection of the bearing capacity of the anchorage of the planting reinforcement glue should be carried out on the day when the glue reaches the curing time indicated in the product specification.

4. Judgment of the test results of the bearing capacity of the chemical rebar:

(a) If all the samples taken from an inspection batch are qualified, the batch can be evaluated as a qualified batch.

(b) If the specimen shows no slippage during the load, no cracks in the base concrete, or other signs of localized damage, and if the load indication of the loading device does not decrease within 2 minutes or the inspection load does not decrease more than 5%, it can be rated as qualified.

(c) If only 5% of the samples taken from an inspection batch are unqualified, 3 additional samples are allowed to be taken for destructive inspection. If the inspection result is qualified, the inspection batch can still be regarded as a qualified batch.

(d) If more than 5% of the samples taken from an inspection batch are unqualified, the batch shall be rated as a failed batch, and no other inspection shall be performed.
