Classification Of Reinforcement Materials Involved In The Reinforcement Process
With the continuous development of building reinforcement engineering technology, more and more reinforcement methods can be used, and different reinforcement methods use different reinforcement materials. Judging from the more widely used materials, it can be roughly divided into the following four categories.
Concrete
In order to strengthen the combination of new and old concrete components, and considering that the strength of the original structure is generally low, the strength level of the concrete used for reinforcement of the concrete structure should be designed to be one level higher than the strength of the original structure and components. When the concrete strength of the original component is relatively high, the same concrete strength grade as the original component can also be used. However, technical measures should be taken to ensure sufficient bonding strength between the new and old concrete. In order to speed up the construction progress, reduce the impact on the use, and ensure the reinforcement effect, early-strength concrete should be adopted.
Soft material
Soft materials are mainly soft materials represented by carbon fiber cloth. These soft materials generally have the following characteristics:
1. The performance is stable and there is no corrosion problem.
2. It is light in weight and does not increase the static load of the structure.
3. High strength.
4. Easy to operate, no special mechanical equipment is required.
5. The construction impact is small and does not affect production and operation.
The use of carbon fiber to reinforce the reinforced concrete short column can prevent the occurrence of diagonal cracks or limit the development of diagonal cracks, and significantly improve the shear bearing capacity of the column. The damage of the concrete column reinforced with carbon fiber cloth is sudden, but there is a sound warning before the damage, which makes the damage predictable. The carbon fiber is covered first and then the axial force is added. The carbon fiber restrains the column more effectively, and improves the shear strength of the column by a large margin. The load-displacement hysteresis curve of carbon fiber reinforced reinforced concrete short columns under repeated loads is stable. Compared with ordinary concrete columns, it has good energy dissipation capacity and less strength degradation.
Steel
In order to enable the steel frame connection, section steel structure connection and prestressed reinforcement method to be used for transverse tension construction, the reinforcement, section steel and steel plate can be welded more effectively. The steel bars used for the reinforcement of the concrete structure should be first or second grade steel, and the section steel, steel plate, flat steel and steel pipe should be 3 steel or 16 manganese steel.
For the large-span prestressed reinforcement method, higher-strength materials such as grade three or four steel bars, carbon steel wires or steel strands can also be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of the structure.
Connection material
When chemical grout is used for grouting connection, it is advisable to use a grout with good pourability, small shrinkage, high bonding strength, adjustable curing time, good durability, and non-toxic. After the slurry is solidified, the bond strength with the concrete should be higher than the tensile and shear strength of the concrete to be bonded.
