Project overview
When the bridge was completed, it was found that some cracks were found in the box girder. In September, the Xi'an Highway Research Institute inspected the cracks of the bridge, and tested the bearing capacity of the fourth bridge. The deflection and cracks of the box girder measured by the experiment were all larger than the design control values.
The cracks in the box girder are checked as follows
1. box girder floor cracks: the floor is given a number of transverse cracks, the width of the crack is 0.11 - 0.25mm, the crack position is within the range of 10 meters from the pier 16.
2. box girder web cracks: the web cracks are distributed at the upper edge of the fulcrum and the lower edge of the middle. The cracks are basically perpendicular to the axis of the bridge, and the width of the maximum crack is 0.31mm.
Reinforcement design content
According to the results of the crack inspection and the load test of the B ramp bridge in Xie Wang interchange, the main contents of the reinforcement are as follows:
1. the cracks in the floor and web of the box girder are closed.
The top surface of the box girder is chiseled with asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement.
3. pouring the bridge deck and paving the concrete.
4. additional cover box girder, prestressed embankment construction, prestressed cable.
